CUTTING We custom cut to meet all of your cutting needs, from portions to thickness. We also specialize in a variety of finer cutting, from boneless hand tied roasts to frenched racks of lamb. As well as, primal and sub primal cutting. Our cutting team has a combined 65 years of experience. So if you’re not sure about a cut you might have heard of, all you have to do is ask. We will be happy to help. With all these varieties of custom specialties, we are a CUT above the other processors.
PACKAGING Our packaging will meet all your needs. All of your product will be vacuum sealed to your liking, whether you prefer one item per pack or ten. You can also rest assure that all of the bone in meat and other products will be packaged with care, using durable bone guards to insure no broken seals. While maintaining an eye pleasing retail product.
LABELING We provide an array of labeling choices, from our standard generic label to private labels, created with your name, address, phone number, weights and more. The most basic designs and text arrangements can be done in house. The more elaborate labels with colors and designs are dealt directly with Dave Temmimg of Tempac, where they specialize in creating labels to meet all your needs. FREEZING Once your product is cut, packaged, and labeled it is then placed in our flash freezer to ensure longevity and freshness. We prefer that the product be completely frozen before pick up. We do ask that you provide your own container when you come.
