Western’s Smokehouse modern production facility is located in Greentop, Missouri. We use only lean cuts of meat and season it using our award-winning blend of herbs and spices. Our meats are hickory smoked for a mouthwatering flavor.

USDA INSPECTED PRODUCTION FACILITY
Today, Western’s Smokehouse operates a modern, federally approved production facility inspected by the United States Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (USDA-FSIS). A federal USDA inspector maintains an office in our plant and reviews our production procedures, food safety records and plant facilities on a daily basis.
